Where the law or a valid contract constitutes the legal basis for the processing of personal data, we cannot erase your personal data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to withdraw consent:<\/strong> where we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not have any negative consequences for you. Please note that we may no longer be able to provide you with certain services after you withdraw your consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to object to the processing of personal data:<\/strong> this right is available to you when the processing of personal data is based on legitimate interests. It allows you to request the Controller to stop the processing. Please note that the Controller has the possibility to refuse such objection in certain cases. In any event, the Controller will cease processing if you object to direct marketing. If you do not provide us with personal data that can reliably identify you with your request, we will ask you for additional personal data.
